No, unfortunately at this time we cannot offer returns on accessories unless the item received is incorrect or is defective. If an item is the incorrect item or is defective, bridepower.com will bear all associated costs to get you the correct item.
How long does shipping take for accessories?
Accessories generally ship within 1 week except for “InStore at VOWS” items which are custom ordered and can take between 8-12 weeks.
When will I receive my items?
Most items will arrive within 3-7 days after shipping.
Do you offer a rush ship on any of the items?

What is the shipping cost for accessory items?
Shipping is $5.99 within the U.S. We do not ship internationally unless accompanied by a gown purchase
Is everything online available to see in store at VOWS?
No, only items that are displayed in the “InStore at VOWS” category are available to see at our store.

Items that are displayed in the “InStore at VOWS” category are generally available to see at our store. Other items are not stocked and can only be ordered online.
Can I return my accessory if I don’t like it?
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on accessories because the items are custom ordered for you.
Can any specifications be made to the accessories?
All colors and finishes available are listed for each item.
Are there different color options for all items?
If available, color options are listed in the color chart. If no color chart is shown, then the item is only available in one color.
Can I use my VOWS store credit towards the purchase of an accessory item?
YES! A VOWS store credit may be applied to the purchase of any accessory items we offer. Please enter the coupon code you received in the email confirming cancellation of your gown into the coupon box during checkout. Can I pick up my order at the VOWS bridal showroom?
All online purchases will be shipped directly to the purchaser.
