Do I need an appointment to shop for bridesmaids dresses?
Yes, we do require an appointment for you and your bridesmaids to come shopping for dresses. Please call us at 800-831-8697 to schedule a day and time or visit our Appointments page to schedule an appointment online.
What lines do you carry?
We carry the Dessy Collection, After Six, Alfred Sung, JY by Jenny Yoo, Social Bridesmaids, Bill Levkoff, Sorella Vita, and Wtoo for our bridesmaids lines.
We’ve picked out the dress I want my bridesmaids to wear. Now what?
Once you’ve selected the gowns you would like your party to wear you are ready to set up your order! The bride should go to our Bridesmaids Order page here and fill out the Bridesmaids Inquiry form with the details of her order. Once the Bridesmaids Inquiry form has been submitted the bride will receive an email confirming that the order has been setup and containing a link which she should then forward to each of her bridesmaids. Each bridesmaid needs to click on the link and fill out an individual order form. Please note that bridesmaids should NOT click on the link until they are ready to complete their order! When each bridesmaid has completed her order she will be sent a link to pay for her dress via PayPal. Once we have payments for every party member we will place the order!
Do you offer any discounts?
While we do not offer an additional discounts to bridal parties we do guarantee the lowest in-store price for everyone!
How long does it take for a bridesmaids dress to come in?
Bridesmaids generally ship from the manufacturer within 12-16 weeks unless otherwise noted. Always leave extra time for alterations. Please contact us for rush orders.
Can you rush an order?
Most of the time our designers can accommodate a 6-8 week rush for an additional fee. If you are unsure if your order will require a rush please give us a call at 800-831-8697 for assistance.
What do you need to place an order?
We will need each of your party members to have filled out an online order form, which they will receive from the bride after she has set up her order. Full payment is required before we can place an order. We cannot place the order until all party members have paid. To ensure all dresses match perfectly in color we recommend all dresses be ordered from one location at the same time.
What sizes can the dresses be ordered in?

Can you order extra length or additional fabric?
Depending on the designer extra length may be available. Extra length is suggested for any bride taller than 5’7″. Extra fabric can be ordered for most dresses but not all. If you have questions availability for either of these options, please give us a call or email our bridesmaids consultant Anneke at email@example.com!
Can we ship a bridesmaid dress when it arrives?
Yes! We would be glad to ship your bridesmaid dress. Just select the shipping option while filling out your order form! Please note that there is a $20 shipping fee per dress.
If my bridesmaid lives out of state what do I do?
No worries, all your bridesmaid will need to do is to take some measurements and compare them to the designers size chart to determine her size. Or, if your bridesmaid knows what size she would like to order, she may simply indicate the size she would like to order by selecting the “I Know My Size” option during checkout.
